I WAS EMAILED THIS YESTERDAY

Hi There,

Apologies for contacting you out of the blue, I’m working on a new TV series for ITV2 called Top Dog Model which will bring together the glamorous world of modelling with Britain’s love of dogs – it will be a fun, stylish, mainstream entertainment show in a primetime ITV2 slot transmitting this autumn. I’m really hoping you can help with the following.

We’re putting out a dog whistle to the 8 million UK dog owners and their pooches – from Labradoodles to Lurchers, perfectly preened to superbly scruffy, everything in between and beyond. We want to include dogs of all types – mongrels, rare breeds, cross-breeds, whatever! All shapes and sizes are welcome but it’s not lovely looks alone that will crown our furry favourite because personality and star quality will need to shine through too!

Prized pets will go head-to-head through a series of special modelling challenges and feature weekly eliminations by our panel of judges who will analyse the hounds’ hottest headshots and eliminate the weakest performer, ultimately leading to one lucky dog being crowned the country’s Top Dog Model and possibly becoming the new face of a major brand.

We will be holding our first auditions in EARLY JUNE, so any help you can provide us in spreading the word about our search for potential pooches and their owners would be very much appreciated.

I’d be most grateful if you could circulate this flyer (attached) to colleagues in the dog world, clients, friends and family etc… we really want to get the word about the amazing opportunity to as many dog owners as possible… should you have any other outlets – eg. newsletters, publications, mailing lists please feel free to circulate. It would also be great if you would be happy to print a copy of this out and display it in your place of business.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more information or if indeed you would like an application form yourself, please email topdogmodel@12yard.com .

Thank you for all your help.

Kind regards,

The Top Dog Model Production Team

Downley Evening Classes

Sun, 01/29/2012 - 14:03

The new evening puppy and pet dog training classes are starting in Downley this week. All places have now been allocated however not all payments have been received. Therefore please let me know if you would like to notified if a place becomes available.

The next set of 6 weeks will start in Downley on Tuesday 13th March, the puppy class again will be at 6pm and the pet class at 7pm. Also currently there are only two places available on the puppy course at Holmer Green starting 17th February. Please email me if you would like a booking form for any of the courses, admin@estellewingrove.co.uk

As always class numbers are limited to ensure everyone gets some individual attention and dogs are not too distracted by the other dogs in the class. I believe that some distraction can be beneficial however if there is too much the dogs are not able to focus and learn which can be frustrating for an owner. The classes are for pet dogs, designed to be fun, relaxed and enjoyable for owners and dogs, whilst also learning training methods useful for everyday situations.

Any Ideas?

Wed, 01/25/2012 - 18:32

People are often asking me if I know of a secure area they can walk their dog off lead and unfortunatly I do not so I was wondering if anyone does know of somewhere dog friendly in the High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire area. Please leave a comment if you do know of anywhere or if you know of any lovely walks you and your dog enjoys.
